I own 2 ibanez electrics:- s540fm and a rx750,I am pleased with both but my question is regaurding the rx750. does anybody know how much this guitar retailed for (I bought it for £449 uk about 1994/95) it was discontinued back then so I've surfed the web for info in vain. My reason for wanting to know the retail price is because when I bought it back then I was told by the guy in the store that it was only £449 because it was discontinued and that it was approx £750 when it was in production can anyone confirm this? I'm curious did i really get a bargain back then or was he just giving me sales talk to make a sale?? Whatever I'm pleased with this guitar and have refitted a set of semour duncans and wouldn't part with it. ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
