I just got a Korean '94 IC300 and have a couple of questions.I traded a Danelectro U2 for it,the equivilent of about $150.I know the Korea vs Japan thing has been beat to death here but was wondering if the Korean were built to the same standards or if meant to be sold cheaper. In other words was $150 a good deal for a Korean. Also, the AH2 bridge PU was swaped out for a Dimarzio and I was wondering if this was common due to the AH2 being cheesy or if they were a good PU.
Thanks,..Chris

I just found out,and someone correct me if I'm wrong, that all 300's are made in Korea so that should answer the first question but I'm still wondering about the AH2.How does it compare to a V2?I've found the AH1 to sound plain and be the weakest of all the Ibanez neck pups in my collection.
