i think the models on that site are pretty much what the prestige models are. i have been looking into one myself. the neck dimensions are the same the only difference i saw was the middle pickup, couldnt tell what model pickups were on it though.

You can order japan only models delivered to the US here:

http://www.ishibashi.co.jp/webshop/world/guitar/ibanez/

Prices are lewer than the US because of the exchange rate.

Hi Guys, don't dispare. The J-customs etc can be ordered from Japan just contact Hoshino USA 1726 Winchester Road , Bensalem, PA 19020,as distributors they can special order them for you.It would be a first come first served situation as I'm not sure on the quantities of each model they will produce of these beautiful guitars, so hop to it.It's important to remember that it can take abit of time, so when ordering, please be patient,it will be worth the wait

But if you order it from Ishabashi, you get the benifit of the exchange rate - it's almost too cheep to believe. If you get it from Hoshino USA, I bet you pay an inflated price. Have you checked the price?

Very true there Mr Funkle, however, what I was saying was that for those who don't want to chase there tail on the net spending large amounts of money, you can get these axes through the Ibanez distributors. Adealer can order it for you but patience is required.

The power of the US dollar, enjoy it while you can !
