I have a Ibanez AR200 No one I know has ever heard of it and I can't find anything about it anywhere. I've been told that it is very rare because of some lawsuit and just want to know some background on it or what its worth.

What's the serial number on your guitar?

There's a long rambing discussion called: '85 Artist Special Edition in the Cool Contemporary Electrics section that glances over the mention of AR200s.

You'll be the first person that's popped up around here that actually claims to have one. The rarity of the AR200 is because it only appeared in the line-up in '79 and '80. The lawsuit was in '76-'77, so it would have nothing to do with your guitar.
