Hi Davek, what you have there is Ibanez Artist AR300 "Brass Beauty" edition. I have no idea how rare a guitar that is, maybe Capt´n has some info about the matter. Try also keyword search "Brass Beauty" and AR1000...

Davek, yes I did..let´s see if we can get some info how rare that AR300 BrassBeauty is. Based on ads there could have been AR500 Brass Beauty also. Btw. my AR5000LE has the same brass control knobs.

Davek, those two are mine.. :) I was lucky to find that AR5000 Limited Edition last September, there was some discussion in a few threads, price and such. Try keyword search for AR5000. I´ve been told that there were only 72-75 built so I think we could call that a quite "rare". As far I know there is at least one another in this community called ICW. To be honest, I have not seen that many "Brass Beauty" edition AR300´s either.. Let´s wait and see if Captain Ibanez can "shine a light" on this question, how many have been made.. Btw.both of those guitars are from -81.

Hi Steve!
Well, that guy shines some light on the amount of AR5000:s built.. btw. I posted some photos on another thread ´bout my AM75- the one with single-locking Floyd. It at least seems to be original, but of course I can´t be sure..take a look and judge yourself, as we have seen, exeptions truly can be found.. :)
greets
fox
