Hi Michael,

Please elaborate on the following statement from your eBay listing: "The AD-202 delay is nice, however, the AD-150 is on a higher level."
I have an AD-202 & it is a wonderful unit; I'm not too familiar with the AD-150, though...
The AD-202 offers a lot of control over the modulation effects & allows for switching between channels dedicated to delay, doubling, flanger, and stereo chorus, and sounds like a dream (or a nightmare, depending upon the desired results)!
If the AD-150 kicks the AD-202's a$$, I would like to learn more!

The AD-150 is an analog delay only. It has none of the other AD-202 effects. The analog delay of the AD-202 is nice & warm, as is the AD-150, however, the AD-150 has more tweaking capabilities and I think it sounds better. The best one, however, is the AD-230. This has an incredible amount of flexibility and terrific sound. It also has a heavy duty flanger, however, you can only use one effect at a time: delay or flanger, not both.

As far as the AD-202 is concerned, I only used it for the delay. I wasn't too fond with the other effects, especially when compared to a UE-400/405/700. One major issue is that if you switch from one effect to another, you have to recalibrate the settings. The AD-202 doesn't have individual settings by effect whereas the UE-400/405/700 do.

Yeah... I only use the delay setting on my AD-202 since with the UE-400 & UE-405 I've got two chorus options & a flanger & a phaser. I love the delay on the AD-202. It sounds really full compared to the one in the UE-405 and allows for more live knob-turning options. The fun comes when both units' delays are switched on simultaneously, allowing for scary tweaking of the signal! Thanks for the info!
