I collect Ibanez pedals from 1970's and 1980's
and am looking for other Ibanez pedal collectors
to trade pedals with.
Also to have more information on these pedals.
if anyone has some for sale or trade feel free
to email me about them on tomh@knoware.nl
Thanks!

Help,
I recently purchased an Ibanez CS9 stereo chorus pedal (light purple) from the late 80's or the early 90's. Some of the wires are pulled loose. I could use a schmatic for repair of this unit. Thanks (in advance).

it's Keith here again:
If someone out there has the same pedal, maybe you'd be willing to open the unit up and tell me how one of the pots is wired. I'll get into mine and deliniate the question.

Keith here, yet again:
Well, I've opened up the pedal. Looking into the back side of the unit, the pot on the left, which is the "WIDTH" pot, has it's 3 lugs pointing down. The 3 wires going to this pot have been detached. These wires are purple, blue & orange.
I hope someone can help me determine the correct order. Thanks.....

Keith - Looking at the width pot with the lugs pointing down, the wiring order from left to right is: purple, orange, blue. The CS9 is my favorite chorus pedal, although it's not always right for every application. Hope you dig it. - DM

I have a ts-808 that I bought new in 1983 and simply love it. I also had a TS-9 from that era but I just had a collector several months ago who bought my RS1000SL who made an offer with his checkbook that I couldn't refuse. But I have to say the reissue sounds exactly the same to my ears... However, I won't let my TS-808 OD go though. Call it a sentimental thing..

You know seeing that website brings back old memories. I've been using digital effects processors for 10 years now and I miss the old stomp boxes. I recently bought a PH7 phaser and I like it a lot. The great thing about these stompers is the ease in adjustments.
