MK:

Wow! You couldn't have taken a better shot if it was done in a studio.

Unfortunately, I cannot take credit for taking this picture. I can only take credit for lifting this picture.

john is a tall guy and the AS200 seems so small in his hands. same thing for BBKing and his Lucille.

Very soulful shot of Sco.

Did he play songs off of his latest Ray Charles tribute CD?

Since it was Phil Lesh's band, songs were primarily Grateful Dead and lots of jamming/improv.

By the way, the other guitarist was Warren Haynes and John Molo was on drums. Incredible talent all around.

If you're interested, here's a streaming link to the entire show. It runs over 3 hours. Not for everyone's taste, however, I love it:

Michaelkaufman, did you make it to mountain jam? My friends went and said it was great although a little wet and smelly. :-)

Unfortunately I couldn't make it and only watched the video stream

Unfortunately, I didn't go. My friend has a house right there too and he offered to put me up. I live in Westchester so it's only a 2.5 hour drive. Maybe next year...
