I'm not sure of his strategy. It was listed as having a "Bagsley" and had non-original pups - anyone remember?? If he had a reserve, which he doesn't, it would cost him 1% of the reserve price, up to $50 (which means a reserve of $5K or more). So he's listing this pretty cheap. Maybe it's the future of eBay promotional strategy? Just wants attention to his auction, he will weigh the offers as it goes..I actually see this "promotion" strategy more often than you think.
