Notice that it has two screw pickups. I bet they are actually original to the guitar.

I think a portion of these guitars were made originally with Super 70s pickups.

its the location of the crack that worries me.

that is NOT in a good spot!

right where the neck meets the headstock.

your right though, could be good buy if it realy is just a finish crack...

I thought the crack is where neck meets the body and Super 70s have three screws? So these are Super 80s or what are they?
Is this then 2629 or AS100 or neither of them.

I have seen two screw Super 70s original to AS100.

Yes, I think the crack is at the neck body joint and it does look worrisome.

well, the guy has perfect feedback with a ton of transactions, almost 400 --looks like he just sold a guitar in june, member since 2000

he said the neck crack was simply a finish crack, and really, there's no reason to think otherwise

if you can't trust this guy, maybe Ebay isn't for you

That looks to me like a finish crack. I wouldn't worry about it.
