Do you mind telling us what you paid? BTW, I have had good luck with Dimarzio PAF classics as an alternative to Super 58s. In my AM200, the bridge PU has more character, with distortion. And the neck PU has more clarity and definition played clean. I think that it was a good deal, I paid just about $900. Does anyone knows what is different about this "super edition" ? To me it looks just like a ordinary AM-205. All three have serial numbers starting with "H70". I believe all three were made in 1987 when AM205 production was switched to the Terada factory. I am not sure but I think these "Super Edition"s are the last AM205's before they became AM200's.
