The ad re the e-bay item says 'not to be confused with artcores' Well, I've got news for y'all. I've been playing guitar for 55 years, taught classicle and pop , had my own music store, and have played every conceivable hollowbody you can name including D'Angelicos,Gibsons,Ibanez, Gretsches etc...A month ago I purchased an AF75D, put on a set of GHS 11's and my family has to drag me away from the guitar!! I can't put it down...It feels the way a hollowbody should feel, it plays incredibly smooth, sounds great whether you use a modern amp e.g. vox valvtronic 30, or an acoustic guitar amp e.g. Kustom 30, it responds perfectly to the slightest movement of the fingers with tone galore and I don't even see a reason to change the pups cause they work fine...not as strong as my es335 dot reissue, but fine and more than adequate for Jazz, Pop, Blues, Latin...and even fingerpicking...the Artcores are the best buy bar none and you will see them rise in value in the future because Ibanez did it right again.
