This LR10 is at Dave's Guitars in Wisconsin for around $200 if anyone is interested. Daves also has an AS50 for around $600 in great condition. Long-tail Bigsby could easily be removed, and sold to Lonnie Mack.. a couple screwholes to fill & fix..That "control panel area" is more troublesome though.. It was worth more than the asking price just for the Brazilian Rosewood fretboard!! I started to go for it, but already have a 'player' condition LR10 and a 'collectable' one. (Thanks Dave Jacobs!) I may sell the player some day. In response to your tailpiece/bridge inquiry...Here's some very interesting information about the prototype and production model LR10 that you might appreciate.
