The price of FA and FG100's have been going up. Just a couple of week ago after I said they will be $1,000 guitars, one sold for something like $1,700 on eBay, it was really crazy. As I understand it, the price is higher in Europe than here in the U.S. so I guess the price is ok.

I was offered a FG100 for 695 Euro a few weeks ago, had to let it go because I didn't find the time to make the 4 hour drive to Holland (I'm in Germany). Are the FG100 and FA100 tonally very different? The obvious differences are the bridge and cutaway style. By the way, FG100, is that an FG100 that George Benson plays on his recent DVD Live in Montreux?

I think 695 Euro is a good price foe an FG100 nowadays.
