I have seen a AM-50 artstar and it is made in korea , when did they start making them there?
I belive that they build them in Japan in the 80`s
this is a cherry burst and it says artstar on the
trussrod cover, it has the castle headstock and only IBANEZ logo no "flower", there is no serial
number on the back of headstock only on the little
paper in the soundhole in the body.
