It's a model nr. 2374, a thinline model that appeared in 1972 and lasted until 1976.
Don't have it yet in my collection....might throw some biddings at it.

Yeah I saw that one too, SORT OF a Rosewood Crest copy - except the Crest had mini-humbuckings screwed onto the top. Pretty nice piece. Last couple minutes of auction will tell the tale

These are lovely insruments - in 1997 I almost got one, back in Chicago with a huge sum of chump change burning a hole in my pocket I went to Chicago Music Exchange and ended up getting a '53 L7CN instead... One flaw in the late 60s early 70's guitars is they tend to be finished checked A LOT - like they had a humidity problem at the production facility... If you see the other photo of this guitar (from an angle) it's quite obivious.
