Hello
I have had a Memphis L5 copy for years that was not quite there soundwise but since I lately obtained a real 175, i am now interested in having the Memphis join it in toneland (I'm dropping in a Seth Lover SH55 in neck position for starters).
here's my question for all you folks: does anyone know whether this guitar is actually an Ibanez masquerading, as glimmerings on ebay have hinted? any idea of the year of manufacture? here's the info from inside the f-hole --

Made in Japan
