GB100 neck-binding 'problem'

Author Message   Guitar Username: Guitar Registered: 11-2006 Posted on Saturday, April 28, 2007 - 6:56 am:    hello there! i just recognized that my 1995 gb100's has the following prob (sorry for my bad english, try to describe it as different as possible/could not load a pic of it): the neckbinding at the edge over the neckpickup on the left side is not edge-on-edge anymore. it did separate = i have a 1 mm space between it. there is no playability or sound difference/prob with it, but it disturbs me since the moment i did recognized it does anyone of you gb100-long-time-user did made the same experience? is the wood working? i treat the guitar well perfect and never did play it with plectrum over the binding-edge in swing style or whatever, nor did play it outside my home, you know! it never fall down and i aways store it in the orig luxus-case. must be a process over the last years...   Johns Username: Johns Registered: 2-2001 Posted on Saturday, April 28, 2007 - 1:35 pm:    Guitar: Sounds a little scary.
