TRADE 2355 FOR ES 135 ? HELP!!

And I've seen a Gibson ES-135 limited edition in December 2005 with some small wood damage at the end knob attachment point, that needed some attention. The price was 995 euro. But in Switzerland, the Argus Website says it's worth € 2200,=. The same website gives the following 2 prices for our much appreciated 2355 model: € 1450,= for the sunburst 2355; € 1670,= for the natural Flamed Maple 2355M. But as I said, this is a Swiss website and Switzerland is not a member state of the EU, so it might be more complicated to get instuments into and out of the country. I didn't try the ES-135 lim.ed. because of the damage and I think an ES-135 should in my opinion be played with the original P-100's and not with humbuckers. Than you have a blues axe like BB and the Blue Shacks from Germany. And if you like humbuckers, there are better Gibsons than the ES-135. A ES-175 Reissue form the Historic Collection has a second hand price of € 3700,= (not vintage!). You know what you have now: a good piece of wood, properly built and in sunburst vintage and pre-lawsuit. I'd rather try to save some money in my everyday expenses and buy a good second guitar. Why doesn't the Gibson owner just name his price? Is he jealous or something? Hint: If you smoke 25 cigarettes a day, stopping saves about € 1440,= per year. Just put € 30,= on your bank account instead of in the tabacco industries' pocket each week and within two years you'll be able to buy a very nice 3000 dollar guitar. It will save you much heartache as well, because it's not easy to find an good pre-lawsuit. I even heard people are willing to give up Gibsons for it!
