this one's serial can't be seen properly maybe because its on blond or faded, 84-85? Quite rare right?

Looks really nice.
He says it's all original.
Personally I don't know this bridge pickup.
Artfield's AM66 is about the same but with a chrome covered humbucker.
The bridge seems to be original. It's almost the same as the Schaller 455, which I have (without the guitar).

Here's the ICW-friendly version of the ebay link. Please use it to place bids, if possible:

Jonnie73: the serial number indicates a June 1984 manufacture date. Definitely not an original bridge pickup. Pretty rare.

The Bridge Pickup is a V-5 which is correct for a AM60, note the typical 3-point mounting. A few of that model, which was available in NT and CS, popped up on Ebay Germany some time ago and all of them had that same pickup configuration.

The only material I can find says it came with Super 58s. Can you tell us where to find out more about the V5?

Since the AM60/66 were apparently never listed in any catalog, I don't have official infos about the specs of those models. The V5 was the only Humbucker with Blades that Ibanez offered at that time and is shown in the catalogs of 1985 and 1986.

Here pics of 2 AM60-CS that were listed on Ebay Germany:

V5's are Monsters !! I have a pair in my DT250. Huge output with an unusually smooth bottom end. They can overdrive the input of almost anything.
