I saw it this afternoon. It's not a lawsuit but an ARTSTAR AS80 (by Cort between 1996-2002).

A good guitar, btw. I don't understand that he photographed the label in such a way that nobody can read what's on it. What's the purpose of such a picture?

I guess the purpose of such a picture (label) is making (trying to make) people to believe it is lawsuit and even vintage. Serial number etc are not visible. You can see these intentionally dim ads on eBay and on other sites all the time.
