Yes, but sometimes you need 3 for one pickup.
So buy them by half dozens or by dozens.

Jazz unless the part comes with screws I don't think they are available. Example the cloud piece doesn't come with the 3 screws. Bridges are sold as whole units so no individual saddles ect. are available without buying the whole bridge.

Jazz as far as I know the screws are not sold. If they are not on the parts page chances are they are not available but maybe someone else on ICW can direct you to some! As far as the AS200 bridge I don't know about that. Sorry!

Yes, and that's the problem. The sellers in the USA that I found, have only nickel, chrome or black metric screws and not gold.
But I found something in Holland. Don't ask me about the shipping cost!

You need part number 391111, that's half a dozen of golden Japanese Humbucker adjustment screws for €2.70

and the springs go by the dozen €4.20:

The 2460 pickguard was discussed in this thread:
http://www.ibanezcollectors.com/discus/messages/16/18480.html?1158278377

But if you're afraid of gassing out, you could try a black L-5 pickguard for €8.12/ $10.30

http://www.backandforth.nl/scratchplates.html

I buy my golden screws indirectly from Vox Humana (same like the above webshop) in Holland, because the supply several local music stores and luthiers in Holland. These shops invest a lot of money in order to give their customers good service: a box of Schaller screws costs $128.-
In the local music store you can compare the parts with the original and you have no shipping cost. I find it very important that the local music stores keep on existing because of the service and the possibility to test before you buy. In Eindhoven we lost 5 music stores over the past 6 years. Now there's one huge Feedback Music Store that took over the last two shops, and one Keyboard Center, and that's it in the 5th city of the Netherlands with more than 200,000 inhabitants! A terrible development.

So, if there's still a shop or a luthier in the neighbourhood, take your guitar or your old parts and try to find the same screws there in the Schaller screw box, then you know that they'll fit and you save shiping cost and help the shop survive.

"Maybe some other parts", is a little vague...
It's always possible to place an ad for parts in the Free Classifieds of ICW.
