Maybe the lucky winner can finish the strat conversion. Cut a big hole in the top for a start guard loaded with three lace sensors. Move the tuners all to one side. Seafoam green refin. Yup. That should do it.

Seems a case of Humpty Dumpty...

Creative solution. But the words "No repairs" are misleading. But I guess it will work. Other re-enforcements are not so beautiful either.

This is why I always use a cable with one straight and one angled jack plug. (Cordial made by Neutrik). To avoid the need of these ugly surgeries.
