I need information about the jazz model 2635 also known as jazz artist (1978) and info about the jazz model 2455, ES175 copy begin seventies. I wanna know what are the original parts for these two guitars.
I can not find any info in old catalogs.
I appreciate all your respond.
Thanks,
Andreas.

In this 1976 catalogue is a 2455, but two years older of course, parts may have been changed in two years!

Here's a 2635 with non-original pickups:

For what purpose? This one was sold the 3rd of November. Does ICW benefit even from links to items that already have been sold? What's in it for Ebay?
Seems an irrational deal to me, but if it helps, why not...

I knew this was coming!

For the purpose of helping ICW it should be used. Even if its been sold it's a good habit to get into so everyone follows.

Thanks Ginger,

I really wanna know if somebody ever saw a catalog with model 2635 in it.
So now we assume that we know how model 2635 looks like, is that enough? I must say I also think that it is the guitar in Ginger's link to the ebay auction. Is there a sticker in the hollow body that says model 2635?
What do you think?
About the 2455. Is it possible that the earlier 2455 with the gibson (open book) headstock has got different parts than the 2455 as we have seen above in the 1976 catalog? Don't we really need an old catalog to be sure?
Look at model 2617 (ash artist with the german carve 1977-1979) Ibanez used different parts over these years.

I can't believe that there are no catalogs with the 2635 in it. The 2455 with the gibson headstock should be in a 1975 catalog.
Great thanks to anyone who can help me on this.

Andreas.
