Author Message   Brian1 Username: Brian1 Registered: 8-2007 Posted on Monday, August 06, 2007 - 4:26 pm:    I bought this lovely "Artist" 70s vintage guitar some years ago and it has, what people tell me, is a "coil tap" switch. How does it work? Is it original or an add on? It looks out of place with all the other nice appointments...like something out of Radio Shack's drawer of toggle switches. What way is single coil and what way is bucker? Also...anybody know where to send me to buy replacement gold hardware for this lovely axe? Also, who can tell me where to go to get a primer on setting up a hollow body guitar? I've adjusted pickups on plenty of Strats and Tele types but never one like this.
