Sample from "Ads by Google" on ICW

http://www.bazaarofchina.com/index.php?cPath=186&o sCsid=f7e56fa08f4faee14e0a9cba7366af96

Is there something else wrong or do these Ads by Google make ICW very slow?

Juha -

I haven't noticed any difference in performance.

I'm finding that using the back arrow to go from threads back to the main listing is very slow.

ICW works better today

I understand that ICW needs funding but it is bizarre to find in Ads by Google on ICW a link to a web store that sells fake Ibanezes like

http://www.bazaarofchina.com/product_info.php?cPat h=186&products_id=9261&osCsid=f7e56fa08f4faee14e0a 9cba7366af96

You could probably report that advertiser to Google and have them banned, but that's about it. ICW has to pay the bills, so I don't have a problem with the ads. They were a bit annoying at first (moreso because I work for Microsoft) but they don't get in the way too much.

I'd have to vote nay on advertising anybody that's putting out Ibanez copies. God only knows how much they have proliferated into the market already. No sense helping them out with it. Ay? But... I am glad that John has evidently found a source of income for his efforts.

Just a note to say we should all click those new ads if we find them useful/interesting, because each click goes to supporting ICW. I'm not saying to click them 100 times a day or anything like that, just, if it looks interesting, click it. Support ICW!

We're trying. Thanks for the support guys.

Chuck gets the idea perfectly. But what does working for MS have to do with it? We don't hold that against you. (Just kidding :-))
