I had one about 7 years ago. It was in trouble when I bought it. Main problem was with the modules. Unless the previous owner/s have taken care when changing them the connections can get broken or bent or whatever. So a tricky fix up and probably more expensive than a regular tube amp. The 60W Convertible that I owned sounded okay but these days there are better sounding amps out there. I paid £80 not working and sold it for £325 but that was with the repair job taken into account. All in all about $600 US then.

ok,. im seeing some 60 watters , they trying to get around 375-400, i like the idea of the amp, but i dont want an amp breaking down on gigs, and hassles with repairs, thanks for the heads up, jazzzz

Don't mention it. I'm not saying totally that the amp you are looking at may be a junk pile but it appears they can be problematic.
