I've been out of touch for a while and only just learned that Love's founding member passed away earlier this month. Growing up in the 70's, Arthur Lee has had a profound influence on me (and many others including Jimi) not only musically, but personally. Arthur was a very spiritual person that really "had his head on straight" and will be sorely missed.

Although he was not a endorser, he did play an Ibanez AR500...(Several years ago I sold an AR500 to a studio in Chicago which purchased it especially for Arthur...the guitar had some "issues" and was returned to me, but I know that he liked the EQ driven IBZ gits)

I'm just courious that no one on this forum marked his passing.
