Christmas is not stopping noobs- yikes!I have to say the noobs on e-bay are in a frenzi about buying guitars and related stuff, and there is no stopping them!I was out- bid on about ten items this week. This is great for sellers, but if your bidding on an item you really want or need you better be prepared to pay top dollar for that items, because of uninformed ego driven noobs.Look!!http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130065251035 This is just an example of whos spending the big bucks!!!!

Sorry... but 122 transactions does not make that buyer a "noob".
(Assuming that "noob" = "newbie")

How many transactions does your eBay record show?

Sounds, to me, more like sour grapes over a stupid guitar, at a stupid price, for a stupid reason.

Whassamatter... too rich for your blood?

When you want to win don't bid until the VERY last second and bid the very most you are willing to pay for the item. That way if you do get outbid it was for more than you wanted to pay. If you just dink and dunk bid all during the auction you inflate what you should be paying and probably will incite some knucklehead to outbid you. If you SNIPE at the end you take out the opposition without them ever knowing you were in contention until they see your name as the winning bidder...

Thanks mike! I snipe once in a while.Like i started off- The auctions are getting way to high to bid because of noobs not doing their homework, and they like the game of winning something.More power too them!!!(im going into sales mode soon )
