Hi All,

How do you pay for a guitar at a guitar show? Are vendors typically set up to accept credit cards?

Thanks,
Seth

You run into all kinds of situations at the shows. Some small time dealers (usually with no storefront) don't do cards. But they might have a buddy in another booth that will.

Cash talks. It has more negotiating power.

You thinking about any show in particular? The one in Valley Forge PA is July 14 & 15.

It makes sense that the dealers would want to see cash. I'm just scared to carry around a lot of money. ATM could be a solution, but don't some machines have a limit on how much you can withdraw?

I am hoping to make it to Valley Forge. How about you, John? Mike? Anyone else?
