This listing on Ebay seems to claim that it is a 1960s model. I would think it's later than that:

The full size humbuckers and the bridge seem later to me. What do you reckon?

These headstocks were introduced in 1976.

The serial number says it is a '78. I find it strange that it has rounded fretboard corners. I thought those went away a lot earlier?
