Which is the "HOT" wire on my 3-way toggle switch??? (3pin style toggle)

Got an late 1970's Antoria EG1935 Rock Star(335 copy). Need to run a new hot and ground wire to
a new output jack. Planning on grounding it to one of the pots, but when
wiring up the "hot" which terminal on the toggle do I go to? I have just
enough room through the f-hole to reach that pesky thing.

The 3-way toggle has 3 pins on the base of it.

Thanks for any assistance!

Here a common diagram. It is LP but I think most 2 humbucker - two volume/two tone controls - 3 way switch solutions are like it. I didn't understand your grounding idea.
