Is that neck original? is this maybe a 60's model?

Yes and probably no - this guitar appears in the 1975 Cimar catalogue (pdf) in the Ibanez catalogue archive on the Meinl site:

It's a model 1905, according to that scan. Interesting to get a closer look at one of these - it doesn't look like a Fujigen to me, & my guess would be that Hoshino sourced their budget range from a different manufacturer at that point.
