What is the problem? They give the dimensions e.g.

If Gibson doesn't give dimensions (they probably don't support using Gibson parts on copies) you can try dealers. Search the net with keywords "gibson replacement parts" and you will find many web shops with contact (email etc) info. Ask them and you may find a friendly soul who gives the dimensions after measuring them.

e.g.

Parts for copies!!!

I have read elsewhere on this board that the Gibby pickguards need some massaging to get around the pups. (Not that you asked about the pickgaurds...)

The truss cover stew mac has looks like it will bump into the nut.

Talajuha's link looks more promising. I'd spend my $1.25 here and take a gamble:

I just picked up a 77 2350 for parts really cheap and someone did a terrible job slamming in a Gibby USA fine tuning bridge. I found the posts are threaded differntly and the bridge is thicker won't fit in stock posts) so it won't directly fit into my 76. A guy would have to remove the post holes and possibly redrill for the Gibby. I don't think it's worth the effort/risk.

What would happen if a guy contacted Ibanez??

I am interested in what your research will turn up. Please post your results as I now have two of these guitars that could be improved.
