Any idea where to go for this? And how much it might cost? Does Warmoth do custom work? I tried making my own but the dang thing cracked at the last minute while I was drilling holes in it. I used one-ply and I think I need three-ply or something thicker than 1/16th of an inch.

I can create the template myself (I have the original pickguard) but it will be different than the original because I'll be making larger pickup holes and adding the "control plate" part of it to the pickguard. (Think Jazz bass, but slightly different because it's going on an old MIJ Kingston bass body.)

Basically, I took an old Kingston bass and I've painted a desert scene on the front, and I don't want the black pickguard to cover it up. It will be very purty when I finish it.

Just a followup to this. I found that a 1/8" piece of clear Lexan was much more forgiving in terms of cutting and shaping than regular plexiglass (which tended to crack at drill points). So I ended up creating my own pickguard. The piece of Lexan (8x10 inches) cost me $5 at the hardware store.
