Hi,
does anyone know where one can find information and schematics on (re)installing original pickups on a 1990 AS-200. Both schematics of trisound-leads and tips on how do the work in the minor physical space available would be of greatest help.

Thanks in advance

Ulf,

You should tie long lengths of string to the shafts of your switches and pots. Then undo the retaining nuts and let the pots and switches sink into the body. You then fish then out of the f-holes, making sure the string runs back through the body and out of the shaft holes in the top.

Do what ever soldering you need to do, pop the pots back in the f-holes and pull the string. This will return the pot back to its original place.

Schematics should be easily found on the Vintage Ibanez site run by Jim Donahue. There is a link from this site's homepage.

Cheers,

Mark
