A nice guitar, but the seller is misleading the buyer by omitting one letter of the model number.
He does this twice: in the title and in the text.

No, the seller has it correct.

The ARX300 has offset horns. The AR300 has symmetrical horns. This AR300 has a much nicer flame than I've seen on these Korean made Artists.

I agree with you John, thats a sweet flame on that guitar. From memory , we only got one or two in our shipments with good flame tops

Cappy :-)

Can't say that I find the re-issue model too attractive. The bridge is too skinny and far too close to the pickup. Also the tailpiece looks kind of skinny, too. But on the plus side, the flame is rather tasty and it *does* look good in Brown Burst

Thanks for the correction Johns, I found it in the German 2006 catalogue. I couldn't check the 2006 pricelist in Holland because Serlui changed it's domain from serlui.nl into hoshinobenelux.eu
I couldn't call them until today.

Anyway:
http://www.t3-kundenserver.de/htmlpages/redasys/_c ore/databases/t_meinl-uploads/2006_gesamt-all.pdf

page 27.

I saw it is €729.- in Holland now.

I that case €400.- seems reasonable.

I agree about the bridge, but also about the flames.

Serial number: CP06111917

According to the Captain's log: Cort PT factory (Indonesia).

I can imagine that the quality of the Cort factories in Korea is more consistent. The pickups are in the specs list as Super 58's. I wonder what Super 58's...

Since you had several in your hands, Cameron: did you like the sound of them? Are they like the ones on the Artstars or like the ones on the Jetkings?
