Hi Steve, you can order them through your nearest Ibanez Dealer.
The part number is 4KB1JH1G ( Sure Grip II )
I know that they are currently instock and they can get them for you using the part number I have given you.

Also, a couple I years back I attended a workshop on care and maintenance of Ibanez guitars at the Brissy Guitar show run by a guy called Captain Ibanez.....was that you?

Yes that was me and you can order them through Allans Music Queens Street mall or Allans Academy of Music at Spring Hill

I remember you recommended some great guitar care products - Autosol for metal, Meguiars Wet-look , and citro clean - bought the lot and still use them to this day to keep the guitars in good nick - and some of those throwaway $2 hand towels which I still have.
