Hello Captain. I was wondering if you had found out any information regarding the power supply and user manual I had inquired about on April 10th. for the Ibanez PT 5 Multi-Effects Processor. The polarity, milliamps, voltage, and barrel style are no where to be found on the unit itself. I sincerely apologize if I am rushing you.

Thanks, John Shafer

Hi John, sorry I did get your email only today...the Captains email was bombarded by cosmic rays and I've only just been able to retrive your info. :)

I'm back in the office tomorrow and I will look up the owners manual....and get back to you here on ICW with the info....sorry again for the delay.

Captain Ibanez :)

Hi John,I have the info for you.

The tip of the power supply is negative post, positive centre...all Ibanez power supplies are the same. The Ibanez recommend power supply is part number AC813 ( DC12.5V 800mA ), power requirement 350mA.

Any other info you might need, I have the owners manual here at home :)

John, wooops, forgot to tell you that the power supply I told you in the last post was a genuine Ibanez AC813 power supply !

Thanks Cameron. If I were to use a universal DC12V at either 800 or 1000mA, do you think this would power the unit ok???

Thanks, John

Hi Cameron. The universal power supply I purchased for the PT5 works great. Would you happen to have the users manual that you might e-mail me or do you just have a hard copy?

When my power supply died I found that my Morley Bad Horsie supply was a perfect match and any music store can order one if you can't make it to a Radio Shack
