Well I've gone and done it this time !

Mid 80's....•••• Rock Rules !

With so many re-hashed BC Rich's Dean's...blah blah blah.... Do you think that the ( in my opinion ) the Ultimate Giants the RR250PL and the DG350AM,the XV500 and the DT380 with there almighty earth shattering V5 pickups and for the bass players...the DB800FR .....will ever see the light of day again ?

After using a ICJ100W Iceman with the HB2 pickup ( which is the modern equivelant of the V5 pickup ).I think myself that it's time to show the up an coming kid's what noise was really all about !....what do ya reckon ?

DON'T TEASE ME !!! A DG350PM (Pearl Marine please, I'm not a fan of amber), an XV500 or DT380 (with an Edge Pro or hardtail instead of the ProRock'r), or even the lowly DT250 would make me positively...

Damn, again, I shouldn't use those terms here :)

Oh, just don't bring back that gawd-awful all red DT250. That red fretboard is gross!

How about some "quality" setneck Destroyers... ? !!!

Oh gawd, here we go again. Can't have quality in a bolt-neck, huh? Oh, I forgot again, bolt-necks suck.

Other than the DT380, I don't think any of the models Cameron mentioned are Destroyers. I believe the Topic was "X-Series", not "Destroyer II".

Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve

The DT-500 Was a "X" series & setneck... BTW, They only used the "X" series logo on the exports. All the Japanese market Destroyers kept the Destroyer II logo. Why that is I can't explain.

Oh yeah, and the X series & proline series V models also retained the "Rocket Roll" logo in Japan...
