Well all on board USS ICW, just wanted the opportunity whilst having a Wild Turkey "Downunder" to wish all at ICW no matter where you are, to have a safe and happy holiday season and a rockin' 2005 and just to say be very ready for what's coming up in 2005.

I'm excited!

Story Of The Week....

Got a call today from a guy who is on holidays in Queensland...the Gold Coast .

Now, here in Australia, we are finally getting a break from the worst drought we have had in 100 years and this guy called Ron ,rang me today saying as he walked back to his hotel at Surfers Paradise... the place to be on the Gold Coast...ya thats right the place to see Chest Puppies and Camel Toe's, found a guitar case out the front of this house looking rather wet. Now these people have had to put up with floods in the last 2 weeks and he did the right thing and went and knocked on the door of the house and asked if they were sure they were throwing out...wait for it...a ST200 Studio Series guitar in it original case...their responce was ...yeah mate it got wet in all the rain....the case did not the guitar and it's in almost near mint condition......cop that I said

Here's one happy camper that will travel back to Albury on the NSW/VIC border with a hard on ! over his find !

Happy Holidays from me, as well, Cap'n. Hope I find an abandoned Ibanez outside my door someday. An AS400 would be nice.

Merry Christmas and a great 2005 full of nice gigs to you all!!!!

I know one day somebody is going to come to me and say "hey, I have this old Ibanez 'Es175' at home and I would like to give it to you"... but for some reason I get the feeling that I'll have to buy the 82' AS200 ...

Freaky, I'm so proud of the brilliant publication that Harry and Hasy have done...a tribute to us all,but my very good friends have really kicked some serious butt in this publication.I must say that this is what John Shanley and Harry and Hasy have set out to do right from the start...share the love of a product that has...I know I'm going out on a limb here...but I'm Captain Ibanez and I am just that fricken tough enough to say this that our family or Army is stronger than any other brand out there. Yes I was once a member of the dark side of the force ( gibson and fender) but only for experimental purposes...thank god for rehab...making me realise that the rising sun could be the only quality force to make me acheive rock n roll stardom...hehe :-)

FG100, Are you interested in a 2453CW Howard Roberts copy? Just need to get the pickup re-plated in gold?

This guitar, is in near mint condition. Original case ...1 owner for 30 years ! Needs to spend more time on the golf course....

Your thoughts?

Hey Captain, I just got a look at whats coming from Ibanez at the 2005 winter NAMM show. I am sworn to secretcy here but I know you'll agree there is some fine new products coming out. I'll say one thing, it seems as if they've been reading our posts here and it is having some influence on the new designs. I know I'm not disappointed in what I seen today. Well jsut a few more weeks and everyone will see what I'm talking about.

Hey Gang:

Some cards of 40 vintage Ibanez guitars just sold on ebay for about $250.

How about creating some baseball-type cards with a color pic on one side, and years of production and other info on the other side? They could be sets according to the decade-- Ibanezes of the 60's, the 70's, 80's and 90's.

Wouldn't that be cool?

If Harry and Hasy sold Ibanez guitar baseball cards, I would buy them. I would also buy them for my Ibanez Collector's World friends for stocking stuffers!

Maybe H & H would consider making these for Xmas 2005. I think they would sell better than a book in the U.S.

If they don't do this, JD or Ibanez could make them.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scott
