hey there,
I recently purchased a supposed epiphone electric guitar, strat style. I'm a little on the confused side because it has a lo-trs tremolo. It has 2 humbuckers and a single coil in the middle. The top humbucker says XH1 the single coil says XS3 the humbucker closest to the tremolo has no identifying marks. I did find that the XH-1 AND XS-3 are ibanez humbuckers
I have looked on an Ibanez site and the body resembles the RG series. Close to a RG370DX.
If anyone can help me narrow down the exact model and what year it was produced. It would help me out alot.
I have even taken the neck off of the body and have found no identifying marks. The headstock has no locking nut typical with floyd rose style tremolos, it has just the regular nut. I was kind of wondering if the body was an ibanez and the neck an epiphone.
Here's a link that has 3 pictures of the guitar.~~> http://f2.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/bc/american_werewolf_in_georgia
Thanks for any help that you can give me.
