I like the sound of them, but they squeal very badly. I wanted to compare and plugged in my Les Paul Custom and get nothing like it from the same amp. I haven't ever taken them out, so I'm not sure exactly which model of pickups they are, but they have brown covers over them. Are these pickups known for this, or do I just have a bad set? It does it on the neck and bridge. For such a nicely built guitar, I would have expected them to put a decent set up pickups in them.
