Fortunately I waited until one day shy of the auction close, and noticed the BIN was dropped to $799...with 0 bids!! (Can Ebay sellers do that with an active auction??) That looks like an amazing custom bass. I've never heard of a model 'BTB5CPD-NTF' before. Man, I immediately called the seller and closed the deal. The seller is a huge retailer in Idaho and says he has another one (of the twelve made) for sale. (Hello Funkle!) The sudden price drop fueled my GAS to an uncontrollable level. Now I've got to decide to keep or sell the 4 string BTB-600. We'll see after the BTB5CPD-NTF arrives.
