Does anyone happen to know what the production year is of the Ibanez Silver Series (4 string), type B783160?

I have a 4-string electric bass. Body is black,
has 1 volume and 1 tone control, shape of Fender or Ricky cutaway. Head piece says "Z - SILVER CADET by Ibanez". I can't find a serial number or these 4-5 digit model numbers on this thing to save my life. Out jack was cutting in and out, and while I've got the pickguard off, what other mischief can I make?
