Hi Guys,

I've just acquired a Roadstar II bass, serial E833108 which, I think, makes it a 1983 RB630 (1 P-type pup, 1 vol, 1 tone). Correct me if I'm wrong.

The problem is that it's got no tuners & I can't find standard tuners to fit. I've posted my request & contact email on the 'Sales & Wants' forum. This is just a heads-up to those of you who don't look there very often. :-)

I'm in the UK, but will welcome help from anywhere.

Thanks in advance, Geoff

Thanks for the help, guys.

I found suitable tuners at axerus.com.

I'd like to change the black pickguard for a tortoise version - can anyone help with that?

In Holland they're 28 euros. Don't know about shipping.

Thanks for the link Ginger, but the Roadstar pickguard is a slightly different shape from the P bass version.

The Aurora Project will make you a nice pickguard if you send them a trace, at a price, of course - too much for me.

Actually I may part with my Roadstar II.

Geoff
