this neckplate i think was used for only one year. End of 1967 or early 69. I got some other guitars here with the same plate. But note: Not all guitars with the neckplate are sold with the ibanez metal plate logo.

I think these series comes from the lost years of ibanez history in 1968. The HGG productions was closed and HGG used some other producers like FGG to start new again. Remember the aria shaped guitars with ibanez metal name plate on the headstock.

If i ever found a catalog form these days .............
