BBC tags, but his image is on a photobucket.com server.

I used the Attach field, under Additional Options, to Browse to and upload my picture from my computer. The in-line image is actually a thumbnail of the attached file, which was uploaded to the ICW server and can be downloaded by clicking on the link underneath the thumbnail. Currently, there are limits of 100k per attachment file and 4 attachments per post. GIF, JPG and PNG formats only.

Right-click on both and see if you can view each image at the larger size.

I'm not thrilled with either of these solutions. But that's the best I can find for now.

I don't know why the Attachments option isn't showing for all, but I'm looking into it.

I found this in the SMF user guide:

The following options are only available to Administrators and members with special permissions:


Lock this topic - Prevents non-priviledged members from replying to this topic.
Sticky this topic - Forces this Topic to always be displayed at the top of the Message Index.
Move this topic - Moves this Topic to another board.
Attachments - If enabled, this feature allows you to attach files to your posts in much the same way as most email clients. You simply have to browse to the relevant file(s) on your computer before clicking Post. Multiple attachments, up to the limit set by the administrator, can be added to a single Post by clicking the 'Additional Attachments' link. You can delete your attachment(s) or add more by modifying your post, but please note that the permitted file types and sizes are set by the Forum administrator. Some forums my display image attachments inline with the Post or show them as thumbnails below the post.
