I just found those the other day.
I thought it might be someone from here.

I enjoyed his playing very much. It was inspiring.
Great expressive, fluid passages and some very natural vibrato.

What's really cool is thats just a 2617 running through a Pod into the camera (through a mixer I think). It definitely sounds like a nice tube amp (at least on my laptop...).

I know quite a few people who diss the POD rather mercilessly, but I have to say I like my PODxt. I bought those add-on algorithms for it with all the extra fx and models and that really put it over the top for me. I usually like them for only 2 or 3 tracks tops though. One thing I find with the POD is if you start layering loads of tracks (over 3 or 4 typically) there can be this weirdness that's sort of hard to describe sonically. They do start to sound fake - too much digital goo or something. I've had some very pleasantly surprising results from mine though.

Whoever this guitarist is, he's throwing down some really nice stuff though.
