DUDE!

Not only have you answered the prayers of so many ICW members for replacement parts that were unavailable, but now you are venturing into custom parts....

That is Sooooooo awesome!
Next thing you will be offering to mold custom colors....

Rock on!

Hi All,

Does anybody have a TRC for a 2387DX ('67 style Flying - big w/b/w arrowhead with engraved logo), that they would send Andy for reproduction?  I would be forever grateful, and you would be putting the final touch to what is an otherwise 100% original classic.

Over,
Pete

Guys,
Keep in mind that if you respond to one of these requests and become members of the Truss Rod Cover donor's club I'll give you your choice of TRC free and I'll even send back the original:) The modeling process is non-destructive so it will be in the same condition you sent it. Which brings up another point. The copy will only be as good as the original. I can mask a few defects but if its beat to @!## it probably won't work. One more thing I can't reproduce TRCs that are painted, only engraved or cast.

Thanks

Andy

Here are a few quick pics showing a couple of the awesome products (toggle grommet and switch tip on both the AV and CS AR-500s) that Andy is making available to ICW-ers.  Get 'em while you can; you won't be disappointed!!  Please keep up the great work!!

My IC has 3 of the original SG1s and they're hanging out in the case because of the missing 4th. Anybody have one without the rubber? I'd be happy to take it and buy one of these repro things just to have it looking and feeling right...minus the drilled 3 hole pickup ring...some people...sheesh. Roll Eyes

I'm sure that porkpie is hard at work in the lab to cure what ails that pickup ring as well... Cool
